Jacob Vaus is a Los Angeles-based writer and director. His prose has appeared in Zone 3, Maudlin House, and Tales to Terrify. He wrote a short film selected for the Tribeca Film Festival and premiered his debut feature film, SCUBA, at the TCL Chinese Theatre.

In 2025, he was a finalist for the National Park Artist Residency in Hawaii.
